I’ll provide a non-invasive evaluation of the home’s accessible structure, systems and components. While a home inspection can’t reveal every concern that exists, it will significantly reduce your anxiety by arming you with the knowledge you need to make an informed home-buying decision.

Many homes; especially in rural areas have a Septic System. The Septic System is often overlooked, but is one of the most important systems of your home. Everything that goes down our drains, ends up in our Septic System. An inspection can help ensure it is working as it should

One of the most important services, is a test of your drinking water. We drink it "out of the tap" we cook with it, make our coffee with it, and so on. All water testing is done through a profession certified laboratory.
